The vocabulary

Glossary

The words this work uses, defined plainly — and the lens they're all written from.

Lens

Everything here is written from a lens: my current point of view, from my current state of consciousness. Look at how differently humans have seen the world across a few thousand years — and how differently you saw yours ten years ago. My perspective has changed my whole life and will keep changing. So nothing on this site is a claim to final truth. It's what I can see from where I'm standing, shared honestly, and held loosely enough to keep evolving.

You

Energy field

Your energy field is yours — it always was. Notice where things actually happen: when someone's action makes you angry, the anger is inside you, not out there in them. When you love someone, you feel the love in your own body. It was never anywhere else. The field is the state you carry into everything, and everything you meet passes through it. Most people never learn to notice theirs, let alone work with it. Both are learnable.

Energy in motion (emotions)

Emotions are exactly what the word says: energy in motion. Not flaws in your thinking, not problems to be fixed — energy moving through your field. That word matters: through. If you're an empath, you'll pick up what other people are carrying, and for a while it will feel like yours. It isn't. It's moving through, and moving on. Knowing that is the difference between being run by an emotion and noticing one.

Frequency / state

Your field runs at a frequency — a state. Not a mystical number, just the honest answer to: what am I running right now? The part people get wrong is that it doesn't track your morals or your effort. You can do everything right and still run at a two. Being good is not the same as being charged. And your frequency isn't private — it shapes what you notice, what you're able to receive, what comes back to you from other people.

Which is why awareness is the whole hinge. Thoughts run on their own most of the day. Take one moment of presence and something shifts: you notice you are standing a step above your thoughts. You can watch them — and from there you can choose what to run: love, joy, calm. Noticing is what makes commanding possible.

Energy patterns

The recurring shapes your energy moves in: what reliably charges you, what reliably drains you, where it leaks. Energy is communication — whatever you run says something, and you get more of what you're saying. Always chasing love, taking, never satisfied? You'll be handed more to chase. Always giving, always in service, never receiving? You'll be handed more chances to give and not receive. Both are saying the same sentence underneath: I'm not enough yet. Patterns run whether or not you see them — that's what makes them patterns. Most of the counselling half of a session is finding yours, because a pattern you can see is a pattern you can work with.

Imagination

Thoughts are where most people start, and that's fine — it's the logical entry point. But a thought on its own carries very little energy. That's why repeating a positive sentence often changes nothing: the words are there, the charge isn't. Imagination is what gives a state a body. Not picturing something in your head like a photo — feeling it: what it does in your chest, how you'd stand, what would move. That's the difference between saying I am calm and running calm. Every practice here works this way, which is why they ask you to imagine and then feel, rather than to repeat.

Identity

How you hold yourself: your self-worth, your sense of what you're allowed, the version of you that walks into the room. It's the deepest layer this work touches, and the most changeable — identity is not a fact about you, it's a state you're running. Change it and everything downstream changes: what you notice, what you'll accept, what you're able to receive. Most people try to change their circumstances while running an unchanged identity, and wonder why the same situations keep arriving.

Mirroring

What you run comes back to you. Your energy is communication — and from where I stand, the world answers it: not your morals, not how hard you tried, but what you're actually running. It mirrors back people, circumstances and happenings that match your frequency. Chase, and you're given more to chase. Give without receiving, and you're given more chances to give. Both are saying the same sentence underneath.

You don't have to take that on to work with it. Start where it's checkable: your state changes what you notice, what you'll accept, what you draw out of people, what you're able to receive. That much you can verify this week. The rest is my lens — see what your own experience says.

The work

Charge

What you're actually running on. Most people move through the day on a two out of ten — enough to function, nothing left over for the life around the tasks. Charge isn't mood and it isn't caffeine; it's how much energy is available to you, and it moves. It rises with presence, with what you let move through you, with what you choose to run. It drops with what you carry unnoticed. Raising it is a skill, not a personality trait.

Sovereignty

The working principle underneath everything here: your state is yours to command. Not the meetings, not the news, not other people, not what already happened — the state you bring into all of it. Sovereignty is deliberately this narrow, and that's what makes it real: it's the one thing genuinely in your hands.

The Field (in sessions)

The field we build together in a session. On the surface it's counselling — talking, listening, information moving between us. Underneath, something else is happening: two conscious fields meet and merge. Energy is exchanged. Consciousness expands. That's why remote sessions work as well as sitting in the same room — the field isn't limited by distance. At first I hold it and you learn what that feels like from the inside. Over the weeks it reverses: you start holding it yourself, in your own kitchen, on your own commute, without me on the call. That handover is the point of the work.

The Field Check

The first conversation, for anyone curious enough to want one: twenty minutes, free, no pitch at the end. You talk, I listen, and we both find out whether there's something here. Messaging me on WhatsApp is the easiest way in; sessions themselves happen over Zoom or similar, or in person in Zurich.

A session

Sixty minutes, weekly, one-to-one — in person in Zurich or remote from anywhere. Roughly forty-five minutes of counselling to find what's running in your field, closing with energy work you take into the week. Week by week, no packages.

The take-home practice

Every session ends with a short practice built for the week in front of you — not a recap of the week behind you. We don't end with a summary. We end with something you can use.

The method

Presence

You, in pure form. Not a technique and not a mood — consciousness, aware of its own presence. Underneath the thoughts running by themselves and the emotions moving through, there is something that notices. That noticing is you. Everything else here starts from there, because you cannot work with what you are not present to.

Perspective

What's left once the weight has moved. The situation is usually unchanged — the frame around it isn't. Things that felt fixed look workable; what was heavy has less grip. Perspective isn't a conclusion handed to you at the end of a session. It's what shows up on its own once the energy has shifted.

The Violet Flame

The soul's own power to move energy. Where the field holds, the flame moves: it reaches what you've been carrying and brings it into motion — fear loosening into something closer to love. I call it the violet flame because that is genuinely what it looks like to me when it works. The name is mine, not doctrine — and it's a tool, not a requirement: breath, music and imagination move energy too; the flame is simply the one I reach for most. You don't need to believe anything for the work to work.

Transmutation

The change itself. Nothing is destroyed and nothing is suppressed — the same energy becomes something else. Fear doesn't get deleted; it loosens into something closer to love. Held long enough, felt fully enough, energy changes form. That's the whole mechanism.
